Cookie & Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 May 2026
Who we are
Lunova is a digital creative agency. When you use our website or submit a form, we collect some personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
Cookies we use
We only use strictly necessary cookies that are required for our website to function. These are set by our hosting provider (Vercel) and cannot be switched off.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we do not need to ask for your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Strictly necessary cookies: These help with security, load balancing, and basic site functionality. They do not track you or collect personal data for marketing purposes.
Personal data we collect
When you fill out a form on our site (such as a quote request or website audit), we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number (if you provide it)
- Your website URL
- Information about your business and project
- How you heard about us
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, send you a confirmation email, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data based on legitimate interest. When you submit an enquiry, you are asking us to contact you about potential work together. We have a legitimate interest in responding to that request and following up. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Who we share data with
We use the following services to operate our website:
- Vercel (United States) — hosts our website. They process server logs that may include IP addresses.
- Resend (United States) — sends our emails. When you submit a form, your email address passes through Resend to deliver the confirmation email.
Both providers have appropriate safeguards for international data transfers (Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for 12 months from the date of submission. After that, we delete it unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you. Email logs held by Resend are retained according to their own policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to how we use your data
- Ask us to restrict processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@lunovadigital.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection. You can contact them at ico.org.uk.
